When your PERMA-PIER Foundation Repair's Evaluator comes out to assess your pier & beam foundation he will need access to the crawl space area under your home.

The only way to correctly identify problems with a pier and beam foundation is to physically inspect the crawl space area.

This requires your evaluator to “crawl” the area under your home and probe the wood beams and joists to inspect for wood rot as well as to make sure the foundation supports are straight and well maintained.

While we are under your home we also inspect for excess moisture and soil movement. Without actually looking at the area in the crawl space it is impossible to guess exactly what may be occurring under your home.
